Our company offers hard faced Worms in single or multi starts. Basically used for seed crushing, the hard faced Worm is available in the mild steel, alloy steel.

Our range of hard faced worm are perfectly engineered to give high level of durability, reliability and long life services. Using the EN- 8 as their raw material, these hard faced worm are then hardened with welding rods and GRINDED to give the best spare.

We also offers a wide range in the case hardened worms. These worms are made from metals which include EN-8 as their raw material. Our case hardened worms are first pack carburised and then dipped in molten salt bath for perfect case hardened surface.

Our company also offers hard faced Worm & Cone Points in various specifications. These are perfectly engineered and manufactured to give our customers durability of the product with long life services.

These hard faced worm & cone point is basically used for oil expellers. The cone points use EN – 8 as raw material. These are hard faced with special welding rods and GRINDED to give a smooth finish.

We use EN-8 as our raw material for cage bars & cage bar holders. These are case hardened by carburising or hardfaced to give them durability and long life services.

Our company is a well-known manufacturer of different types of pulleys (E-Section). These pulleys are used in oil expellers and also in the engineering industries. Our pulleys are made from C1 graded casting. Available in different sizes and sections, our pulleys are well known for their high quality and durability.

We also deal in customization of these pulleys. As per needs of the clients we select the specifications and work accordingly.

We also manufacture cast steel chamber, which are used in oil expellers and also used for seed crushing. Using mild steel as their raw material, these chambers have the pressure rating of 200 psig (14 bar) to 425°F (218°C) maximum.

Our company also manufactures duplex pump. Using the cast iron and graded casting as their raw material, these pumps are used in oil mills. Our range of duplex pump is of the capacity of 30mm to 100mm. These pumps are used with filter press for oil transfer.
Our duplex pump is perfectly engineered for specialized aerobic or anaerobic wastewater pumping needs. Further, the duplex pump unit is used where high delivery and alternating cycles are required as in alternately dosing dual tile fields or multi-stage sand filters. No heavy equipment is required for delivery or installation, as each duplex pumping unit is designed to install easily.
